Incredibly stressed right now. Just for today, I will stay within my calorie goal without any excess emotional eating I will do 25 minutes of yoga I will finally get a good sleep.

I'm so happy that I just found this thread! Been around here a while, lurked but never posting on the forums. I find myself losing motivation as of late, I'm in! I could use the accountability. Weekly Goal: 300 minutes Month Goal: 1200 minutes
