Started lifting with Starting Strength a few months ago! Already noticing a lot of muscle growth! Can't wait to start eating at a calorie surplus and see some real progress

I actually spent a ton of time sightseeing and relaxing and not much time eating. I did sample a few Thai dishes, but I currently live in Korea so I spent most meals getting foods I can't find there (like any mexican). I maintained. Did a ton of walking, which helped
