To be fair, weight loss was never mentioned as the goal. And in defense of that not everyone is here to lose weight (though many are) some people are using it as a tool for fitness, or even weight gain.

Fat is your friend. If you are having vegetables add some butter or olive oil, if you have an apple for a snack have some peanut butter with it. Also maybe if this keeps up you would want to see a doctor. You could very well need medical treatment for an illness you do not know you have.

The idea of eating off of another person's plate makes me want to gag. I don't care who it is. I don't like to see wasted food either so I make sure not to give them more than they will eat. They may go back for a second serving if they are still hungry after round one.

How many times a day are you washing it? You know you can always skip shampoo and co-wash sometimes. Maybe if you had to wash it after the gym don't wash it before bed, or even the next morning. Just stick to washing it when it's truly necessary.

I will add, going over on some o your macros isn't a huge deal, unless you are eating so much o one type that it is dangerous or unhealthy. We all have our days of going over something someday. One day I swear I had triple my sodium, another day I had quadruple the fat. It can take some trial and error to get a balance.
