  • Whatever you like to do, use that. I love to read and am somewhat of a girly girl. I made it so that every 5lbs. I bought a new nail polish, and every 10lbs. I bought a new book. It helps if you like a series, extra motivation lol.

  • I started out as a US size 24W.Eventually I want to get down to a size 6 or 8. Right now i am in 14/16s.
  • Height-5'3" SW-245 CW-193 GW-140 I try to eat about 1300 cals. a day and I go to the gym 5-6 times a week. Mostly cardio(treadmill,elliptical,and bike),but ive started to lift some weights. I have little goal weights as i go. It helps keep me motivated and focused. But i want to be at 140 by Halloween of this year.
