When I first started Met i got a stomach ache/diarrhea but it does go away with time... Overall in the course of a month or so I did lose 15 lbs (500mg twice daily with meals) She did have me titrate up because of the stomach problems, 1/2 a tablet daily for about a week, then 1 tablet, etc

I'm on the same boat!! Low calorie count seems to be working right now, but the suggestions above are making me question how well it will work. Def looking into what I else I can do? I've only lost 15-20lbs in 3 months and def need to ALOT lose more! Where can I find these groups?! (sorry, new to MFP!!)
