With my older daughter I used MFP and got down to my prepregnancy weight just in time to get pregnant again. I'm interested in finding support, especially from others that are breastfeeding.

  • I gained more than I had hoped with my first (43 lbs). I tracked my food diligently during my pregnancy, but I had a lot of water retention.   • I have my settings in MyFitnessPal at 1800 calories per day (more with activity). I have noticed if I eat less than 1800 or am super stressed that my supply goes down.
