I have a 1 week old and 19 month old. I'm just starting to figure out my approach to lose the pregnancy weight this time around. With my older daughter I used MFP and got down to my prepregnancy weight just in time to get pregnant again. I'm interested in finding support, especially from others that are breastfeeding.

I gained more than I had hoped with my first (43 lbs). I tracked my food diligently during my pregnancy, but I had a lot of water retention. It took about 9 months to get back to my pre-pregnancy weight. Now just 1 year after having my daughter I am pregnant again. I am really hoping to keep my weight gain down this time…

I have my settings in MyFitnessPal at 1800 calories per day (more with activity). I have noticed if I eat less than 1800 or am super stressed that my supply goes down.
