  • It all starts by figuring out your TDEE and then eating in a calorie deficit. You can figure out how to calculate everything here.
  • 1200 calories is far too low for how active you are. I would imagine your body has metabolic damage which is when your body slows it's metabolism down to try and store calories as fat. You need to figure out your TDEE and do not go lower than 80% of that number. Check out more information here
  • You say you are counting, weighing and measuring everything, are you currently in a calorie deficit? If you are in a calorie deficit you should be seeing weight loss regardless of what running you are doing.
