I have also had to cancel my membership recently. I do track everything, fruits and veggies, as they do have calories and add up quick. The reason we didn't need to on WW is because the points we were allotted equaled a lower calorie count than we need, so any fruit and veggies consumed make up the difference in calories.…

I am back again, as well! I lose, get comfortable with partial loss, then gain again. I have done this roller coaster a few times and am hoping that this time sticks. At least we are here, which means we are at least still willing to make the attempt, and have a headstart in the game!

Hi, I am 5'7, 32 years old, and I have PCOS. I eat approximately 1954 calories, give or take, a day. I also do weightlifting 3 times a week with minimal cardio. I lose a steady 0.5-2 lbs, depending on cycle, a week. I do low carb primal eating, but not ketosis. I keep my carbs around the 70-90g range. Weightlifting has…

I exercise because as I lose weight, it helps keep things tighter. I don't want to be skinny-fat when I reach goal. I want to be fit and trim. I also do it for my mental health. Battling depression is a lifelong struggle, but working out makes me very happy. If I am sad when I get to the gym, I always walk out feeling…

Absolutely measure your dressings and sauces. Those are the biggest calorie traps. It is really easy to under estimate there. Many people who wonder why they aren't losing and swear they are tracking are missing the little things. It adds up quickly.

This. You need to get professionally measured. I started my weight loss journey at a 42F and am now in a 38H. My band went down while cup stayed the same, hence the cup letter difference. Lane Bryant is excellent with measurements.

I made cauliflower pizza crust and really enjoy it. I can't have grains or corn, amongst other things, so this is a good alternative for me. Make sure to precook to golden Brown before topping and ALWAYS grease your pan or parchment paper. I accidentally forgot the greased paper part and ended up with paper pizza. Lol

From a fitness perspective keep it up! you are doing great just by dong it, even if it is broken up. Now that said, the calorie burning aspect can't be compared to others since there are numerous factors to consider. A person who is identical to you in height and weight may burn slightly more by doing it straight through,…

I agree with lightly active or active! I am a pet groomer and never sit. I stand at my table and walk to and from the bathing room multiple times a day. I count myself as lightly active, just because I stand more than I walk, but I am not sitting either.

Completely agree with trying weight lifting. I lift heavy three times a week and do core and cardio work one to two times a week. I feel incredible and the strength I gain really helps the body composition as it changes.

Good luck on your journey! 1900 is not too high at all. I am a 5'7", 32 year old female with starting weight of 247 lbs. I eat between 1980-2300 calories a day, some days are lower, and have lost 15 lbs since June 29th. With the right nutrition and exercise you don't have to starve to see results.

My name is Sara. I live in East Bremerton. My husband and I moved here from Victorville California 7 years ago specifically for the rain and seasons. I will never tire of this place! :D
