Ok so I have been intrigued with these mini challenges. So I decided to have a look and try one. I am very new to exercising and currently weigh 115.5kg (254lb). I managed 17. Couldn't do anymore. Tomorrow I will try for 20. Of course it didn't help that while i was on the floor i had a dog cleaning out my nose either.
