Hey Jen the calf has pretty much healed. It gets a little narky every now and then and I just back off the exercises but all in all its good. I'm like you and looking forward to winter and SOUP. Looks like you are making excellent progress will some great losses and awesome exercise. As long as you eat within your cals and you change up your exercise regularly so your body doesn't become complacent you will hit 65kg before you know it
