They are! I started to get the hang of some of the movements the second time through so I look slightly less like a flailing octopus. I'm still keeping the living room curtains closed, though!

I got off my lazy butt and turned on some of the RevFit videos that someone mentioned a few pages back on Monday. My 3-year-old begged to do it again after dinner tonight, so we did. My arm and shoulder muscles are weak and I'm terribly uncoordinated, but it's still fun.
