Thank you for your positive post and you certainly are an inspiration! I stopped all my pain meds some time ago in order to get back to work and try live as normal a life as possible. I try to take each day as it comes and live in the moment as much as possible too, I'm learning mindfulness meditation but it's not easy lol…

Hello, please feel free to add me. I'm 51 and just recently come back to MFP, I started at 246 pound and currently am at 236, I want to get to 190.
