Hi @kelleybean81, I think you may just need to ease back into exercising slowly and then maybe revisit the 30DS later (or not). You should look for low-impact cardio YouTube videos, or cycle, or elliptical. Even just a little bit will help your knees. They say cycling is great for that. You might want to keep your knee…

I've actually been doing a 15 minute walk prior to the workout because I also felt that it was too short. The walk warms up my legs a bit more.

MFP overestimates calories burned. You shouldn't eat all of your burned calories back (maybe 40%-50% of them). When I'm in a "pinch" with those aerobics videos, I choose 'low impact aerobics,' so at least the calorie count won't be too high or overestimated. That's just my two cents, hope that helps!
