  • Love this challenge. Can't wait to get going again. Thanks for putting it together! Much appreciated.
  • I ate each of the foods on the healthy eating list with the exception of the milk (I never drink milk but I do have almond milk in my coffee every morning, does that count?) and quinoa. I do eat quinoa but didn't get it in this week. I did not do the booty challenge although I remain active and have exercised every day…
  • I'm up for a healthy challenge or two this week! Although I've learned that I'm not as likely to finish/track these challenge unless I know there are points or miles on the line for Team 2.
  • Signed up and joined the group! Can't wait.
  • Yay! I'm looking forward to the New Race :) Seems I need that extra incentive to actually meet the challenges. I committed to doing the challenges last week but never got around to the stairs challenge. I did lots of working out but not the stairs or stair master. As for this week, every one of those sandwiches look…
  • Happy New Year Team 2! I'm recommitting to my health and fitness and I'm game for the challenges this week. @lbenson2006 thank you for keeping up the thread and posting the challenges. I started the New Year with a day on the slopes. The skiing was terrific.
  • @jenilla1 Fun working with you too. I'm not ready for this to end.
  • Lifestyle 1. Drink loads of water 2. Log all calories (food and drink) into MFP 3. Make my daily step goal 4. Meal prep 5. Keep an eye on my daily calorie goal and stay within my range 6. Do something active EVERY day 7. Make my meals healthy and nutritious (lean meat, veg, fruit, healthy fats) 8. Keep cookies, candy and…
  • I decided to repeat the New York challenges because those things were most accessible to me this morning. The challenges were Turkey Trot and rockette training. It is super cold here and a walk/jog on the home treadmill was great and tis the season to be a Rockette!
  • Happy Monday @lynnjano. I love Vancouver, looking forward to the week.
  • Team 2...Happy Weekend. You are all doing amazing fighting through illnesses and life challenges. My challenge this past week and this month is alcohol/cocktails. I'm a very social human and love all the holiday parties and festivities. It's a great time to connect with friends and family. The downside is all the food and…
  • Ha! That's what friends are for?!?
  • You must have inspired me. I did all my stairs yesterday but it was NOT easy :) i had a cup of coffee in the afternoon and decided I'd do 1/2 the stairs but while doing it I decided I didn't want to do stairs again this week so did all of them.
  • I'm thankful for much in my life; particularly my family and friends. I appreciate my career and all it allows me to do. Today, I'm especially grateful for my husband. We are celebrating our 12th anniversary today. I still feel like I've won the husband lottery and given the chance I'd say "yes" all over again. He is my…
  • I've been out of town this week for vacation/Thanksgiving. I've been active which is great because my eating has been active too. I'm in Southern California and have hiked to the Hollywood sign twice (bucket list item for me). I did it once with friends from my college days and again with my sister, my niece and nephews.…

  • @Joanna2012B you are right. A great way to enhance your running/cardio. This morning, I pulled out my C25K app and went to the first day of the first week. Did jump roping when it said to run and walked on the treadmill when it said to walk. All the breaks made the jump roping doable and somewhat enjoyable (HIIT Training).…
  • Arm videos done. The jump roping may kill me. :)
  • G'Day Mates! Looking forward to this week and our challenges. The color challenge is easy for me and I think I'll get going on the jump roping later this afternoon. I went to Australia years ago with my husband (before we were married), it is when I fell in love with him :)
  • I have finally completed the sumo squats and have now completed all the challenges for the week. The hardest component this week, for me, was staying under my calorie goal. I did it and I'm hoping to repeat this challenge again this week. Worked out hard this morning. Hoping to squeeze in a nap before dinner and a concert…
  • I did well yesterday and I'm proud that I was able to control myself around the Halloween candy. I allowed myself one Almond Joy (my favorite). I went to the gym before work knowing I wouldn't be able to get anything done last night, stayed within my calorie goal yesterday and did several of the radio taiso videos…
  • Hey Team, I'm proud of us. I like that our team wants to log our minutes in an honest and fair way AND our team captain takes the high road! Good Job. I think our team is terrific and we can't lose if we put in the time and commitment we are devoting to ourselves each week working on the challenges and fitness…
  • I love the dancing :) My favorite was the Disney Haunted Mansion/Calling all the Monsters. I completed the dance videos and stair steps this morning. How much fun would it be to spend Halloween in Transylvania at Dracula's house!?!? I actually entered the AirBnB contest that was mentioned in the video about Dracula's…
  • I'm so sorry for your loss. You are truly grace under pressure. Peace and love to you and your family.
  • Oh my, you are all an active bunch! Good Work. I've completed the Icelandic Chant and Drumming Videos (my drum sticks were wooden spoons). I felt my inner rockstar :) I'm on target with water and we are all friends (with one abstaining exception). Keep up the good work!
  • @MissionEnforcer Hi, I'm Kim and I live in a suburb outside of Denver, Colorado. Fall is beautiful here. I've attached a couple pics that were taken two weeks ago in the Rocky Mountains. I have friend requested everyone I'm not already friends with and I'm ready to race.
  • Team 2!!!! So glad to be back for a second go at this and I'm thrilled to see so many familiar names and excited we are mixing things up with some new team members. I'm Kim, I live in Colorado. In the past year I've lost about 50 pounds, completed my first 1/2 marathon and hiked my first 14er. Recently I've gained about 15…
  • I'd love to join this group. I'm excited and nervous about December between family, travel, party and work schedules. My fitness and weight loss goals are a priority and I want to continue my focus! I'll think about my goals this evening and post tomorrow.
  • Yay! Feeling grateful to be part of this group.
  • I'm excited about this group. I sent my request a moment ago.
