  • Team 2 is the best. We did great. I enjoyed all of our challenges (yes, even the ones I complained about). I find these challenges help mix up my daily routines and help with my accountability. I'm also a travel junkie and love seeing and learning about our various stops through out the world. Thanks again!!

  • CHALLENGE #2: “RANDONNEE ON REUNION!” (5 km outside) I selected this challenge because I have a serious case of Spring Fever and it is unseasonably warm for this time of year. I can't get enough of the outdoors right now. And, I loved all the videos from Reunion. I added that destination to my bucket list.

  • CHALLENGE #1: IDITAROD Week #6 - Alaska Option #3 - Completed 10.49 Miles I chose this challenge because I have agreed to do the Bolder Boulder, a 10K race over Memorial Day weekend. It's a fun race, loads of people and should be fun (especially if I am prepared). The weather here is nice this week. I know the Eastern US…

  • CHALLENGE #3 So far I have eaten more than four green vegetables this week. They were brussel sprouts, kale, cabbage, spinach, avocado, broccoli, jalapeño and sugar snap peas.

  • I didn't like the seated video either and I did it in the car. We were in Florida and I didn't have much time for the videos. On our drive from Key West to Miami I sat in the backseat for part of the drive and did the video. My husband thinks I'm nuts. I do like her cute French bulldog

  • Challenge #3 I used Nutmeg I made the most delicious smoothie, that wasn't dessert but tasted a bit like pumpkin pie. I blended 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, 1/2 frozen banana, 1/4 can pumpkin purée, cinnamon, NUTMEG, 1 cup unsweetened, vanilla almond milk. My smoothie was a very tasty treat and I will make this again…

  • CHALLENGE #3. No high calorie drinks (lattes, cappuccinos). I missed them but didn't miss the high cost and my wallet is happy.

  • CHALLENGE #1 I selected the 10.49 MILE IDITAROD and I completed all the mileage outdoors in two different segments. I'm in Miami for a few days this week and I'm taking advantage of the warm weather, sunshine, the beautiful boardwalk and the people watching. I have been getting up early and run/walking before my conference…
  • I'm giving up my favorite calorie laden drinks this week...no latte's...love my daily latte.
  • @lbenson2006 Hang in there, I'm hoping things will slow down soon. I appreciate you and everything you have done for our team. Stay as involved as you can. @murdog3t thanks for stepping up. As of today, I've completed the challenges and should be able to add at least another hour/miles later today. I'm traveling a bunch…
  • Food Challenge Complete 1. Salmon Roe (fish eggs) is what I tried 2. The taste wasn't bad, briny/salty but the look and texture was unappealing to me. I love sushi but have always avoided the fish eggs. @MissionEnforcer
  • Scary food...Any suggestions?!? I don't want to eat bugs because that's beyond scary.
  • I've completed the outdoor 5k. I'll do the videos tomorrow or Thursday. The hardest part this week is staying under calories. I'm going to have guests staying at our house Friday and Saturday night. I'm a social eater/drinker.
  • As you know, our first destination is China, specifically the ice festival in Habin. Colorado also has a yearly ice festival in Breckenridge. My husband and I went last night after skiing and I couldn't help but think of our Team 2. China's ice sculpture won the blue ribbon. There were also two entries from Mongolia…
  • Good job @Cindyk4919 Congratulations on your success!
  • @Sheri869 we have something similar called "canvas and cocktails ". So much fun and I was blown away at the competence of the instructor. Have a blast! Finished up the videos and orange challenges. I'm going to try to fit in a bit of yoga before bed, I feel like I need a good stretch...feeling sore and tight.
  • Challenge #1: 1. NAME: Hi, I'm Kim 2. FAVORITE WAY TO EXERCISE: Skiing and swimming, both are not always available. I'm trying to love running and strength training more. 3. WHERE YOU ARE FROM (TOWN/STATE/PROVINCE): I live in a suburb southwest of Denver, Colorado 4. ONE OR TWO SENTENCES DESCRIBING WHERE YOU LIVE (PICTURES…
  • So happy to be reunited with the very best team. Welcome new racers! Can't wait to get going!
  • Great job to those of you keeping up with the challenges. I've continued to eat well and exercise but I just can't bring myself to do the challenges. I've learned that I do need that accountability or extra push :( I'm headed out of town this afternoon and will be starting the first leg of the race away from home. I know I…
  • @jdelaroy you will be able to do the stairs at Red Rocks and more. I had always wanted to do Yoga on the Rocks and finally got around to doing that last summer. Such a wonderful place :)
  • Congratulations on your weight loss! Boom! I'm working on my weight too and I know the work and dedication it takes to get rid of every pound.
