Same struggle here! I do great with exercising in the summer, but fall off track and gain weight during the school year.

I've also been either really good or really bad with using mfp but I've been back on the last two months or so. I also am losing weight to be a bridesmaid this summer. Knowing how many pictures you are going to be in is super motivating. Less than 20 lbs to go now!
