Also muscle is more dense than fat, it doesn't weigh more than fat.

Just want to say, I'm certainly not where I want to be yet, but I find myself attractive and guys have too. If you can't accept yourself and get some patience this is never going to be a long term thing. You aren't going to suddenly feel confident enough to put yourself out there when the weight comes off, it's not some…

That seems like a gross over estimation even by MFP standards, but definitely don't go by that OP, MFP is notoriously inaccurate as far as calorie burn goes
-
I just go and do it, the more you do it the more you see no one cares what you're doing, everyone's focused on themselves.
-
How are you calculating your exercise calories? But if MFP gave you 2500 to lose weight then eat that and then if you aren't feeling fully satisfied the recommendation is about half of your exercise calories

Friend gave me a package of 4 cookies, instead of just sitting and eating them all at once, which is what I would have done, I had one. And now I have 3 left as treats for this week
-
That's like saying I get all done up to go out for other people. Sure, admiring glances are nice, but not everyone finds the same thing attractive and as long as I think I look hot, that's all that matters to me. I honestly wasn't able to be successful UNTIL I started doing it for myself. When I was doing it based on how I…

Not everyday is going to be perfect, and I didn't gain all this weight from one day of over eating, and one day of overeating won't ruin all my progress.
-
Follow a progressive heavy lifting plan and eat in a minor caloric surplus

Yoga with Adriene on youtube! I very rarely go to yoga classes, they're too expensive for me! But I love her videos
-
Enjoyed a bowl of #easymac last nights, might have put me over my calories but that's ok, the easy mac diet knows no one is perfect #easymac
-
It'd be surprised if it didn't! I actually kinda like it because while you get a little up, when all is said and done it's like losing the initial water weight every month!

I weigh raw because most packaging labels are raw. In particular stuff like pasta, you aren't going to get an accurate measurement cooked compared to dry. I also cook a lot of things together (fry up a bunch of veggies for a stir fry) so it's easier to put them in the recipe builder raw

Because I've tried just "watching what I ate" and even if I didn't binge on treats (which I just incorporate into my calorie allowance now) I was still eating too much. My servings were too big
-
Why not make meals when you have time then just heat them up at work?
-
What's a "detox water" in what way did they need to change water to make it better for you?

I think it's an app thing, I can't see it when I'm on my phone, but I can when I'm on the comp.

Agreed, you need in person guidance to ensure form and help you prevent injuries, and also to help you create modifications as you go. Also, I know you said you want to work up to it but, swim, swim and then swim some more. When I hyperextended my knee besides using an elliptical, which is less impact than actually running…

I tried spaghetti squash and it just didn't do it for me as a pasta substitute, it's fine but it has too much flavour. I control how much I eat by weighing the dry pasta to create one serving and then boiling that, then I can't have any more

Your brain needs neuropeptide Y all the time but it's a neurotransmitter produced in neurons in the hypothalamus, it isn't something you're going to get from your diet. It acts as a hunger signal, but it isn't specific to carbs, eat what you want for breakfast and try to meet your caloric and macro goals and you'll be…

I also have to add, that while at first I was kinda peeved when I saw how small a serving of something was (pasta in particular) only cooking the serving and eating that I found it was enough, and it becam quite apparent I was eating far past satiety before.
-
If you don't have a lot of experience with form while stretching like mentioned, I would attend a couple of beginner classes to get some feedback about form before practicing on your own. If you already have experience and knowledge on proper form then Yoga with Adriene is fantastic, she does a couple of 30 day challenges…

I have a bigger breakfast and lunch generally and a late dinner that's usually lighter

Looking fantastic! Great work!

Peanut butter, beans, lentils, chickpeas, tofu, Greek yogurt, broccoli in particular as a veggie is higher in protein, quinoa, check out some veggie protein alternatives!

Yeah no. It doesn't matter when you exercise your body is always going to be pulling from your various energy stores. Losing weight you'll always lose a little muscle, but you aren't going to lose more before breakfast than if you worked out at some other time of day. Sounds like you're one of those morning people I wish I…
-
What harm do you think it will do? A lot of people do fasted exercise like this, first thing in the morning before breakfast. I once tried after breakfast and ended up throwing my breakfast up.
-
As long as it works for you. I don't mind exercising before breakfast, but if you feel faint or dizzy you might want to eat a little something, even if it's just a banana

A lot of your initial loss was probably water weight, I don't know how much you have to lose, but 8lbs of actual weight loss in a week is a lot and definitely not something you should expect every week. A loss is a loss, and all this weight isn't going to come off in a couple of weeks, so just be patient and follow the…
