So just went out the other day with mother dearest because she's been begging me for Christmas present ideas and decided I'd give chucks another go (mainly because I couldn't find anything I liked that was cheap)! As an added bonus found out I fit into children sizes so while some of the flashy ones were a no go +1 for…

Huge deal breaker for me, and one reason is because it shows a lot of insecurity and lack of tolerance which are not things I personally have the energy to deal with. I'm fine with silently uncomfortable, but still not a super attractive quality to me. Honestly, a huge turn on for me is a guy comfortable enough with…

Super helpful everyone! Another question, because people tend to have different shoes for different types of lifts, if you're doing those lifts in a workout do you bring the different shoes and just change mid workout while you're in the gym? Not something that I'm super concerned about since I'll probably go with one pair…

Thanks guys! So the raised heal I see on those squat shoes (didn't realize there were separate squat and deadlift shoes!) isn't a compression heal right? Just a raised heel? That's what had me confused about some cushioning. And yeah I remember the chuck hype however long ago, I'm a girl with small but wide feet so I…

Quoting the most important part of your post. That's all the answer you need, if you like it go for it and forget what anyone else thinks.

Loving the results everyone looks fantastic!

Loved Vega One powders, I've tried whey ones before and really not a fan of them, I could barely stomach them in a smoothie let alone on their own with water/milk. The Vega One ones were the first powders I've tried that I could actually drink outside of a smoothie, I preferred them in milk, but water would be find, or I'm…

Yoga with Adriene! Her videos are amazing, she has a yoga for beginners playlist, I haven't done any of those videos, but every other one I've done of hers is awesome. She also has a few 30 day camps that are nice because they progress well from one video to the next. Best of luck! Yoga is great, just know to take your…

Very sad when I found out the calories in the bread I was buying was about double the calories in the bread I buy now, that bread was so delicious :( I was pleasantly surprised about the calories in wine, such a beautiful thing!

I certainly can't stop you from doing it if your mind is set, but just a couple of things so you're aware: Cleanses like this don't magically cause you to drop 10 pounds of fat, most of the weight you are going to drop if you go through with this cleanse is water weight, and you'll put it right back on as soon as you start…

I second inspiralized's website! In particular, their zucchini ramen is delicious, and an awesome one to play around with depending on what you have at home :P

Watching your carbs has nothing to do with it, you've got to count your calories. Get a food scale and weigh everything you put in your mouth and be honest in your diary.
-
If you want to keep track of some numbers I'd start tracking measurements and chuck the scale out! If you're feeling the love for yourself and the scale is going to risk that don't bother.

Great job! It's especially noticeable on your back! You look great :)

Omg, whenever I play Just Dance I'm so out of breath it's not funny, it's also great to get a friend to play it with, you end up egging each other on and working harder than you realize/normally would playing alone! As for other strength things to do at home, you could try either following a you are your own gym program…

I've never been obese, but I've always been the "chubby" friend and friends would make seemingly harmless comments that sometimes hurt my feelings about my weight. I know of at least one who is bothered by my weightloss and she is probably the most insecure of my group of friends. She's very skinny, and even if I worked my…

I'm not a weightlifter, but I hyper extended my knee and pulled my LCL playing soccer probably 4 or 5 years ago. Took a couple of weeks/month to get back on the field with regular physio appointments and I still had some pain/a limp for a while. It was a couple of months before I was back to full performance. I have…

Biggest bet is you're eating more calories than you think you are. Sounds like you're doing some body recomp and eating at maintenance, therefore body composition is slowly changing but you are maintaining your weight since you're eating at maintenance. If you want to lose weight you have to eat fewer calories, if you…

How do you know you're under your daily calorie allowance? Are you weighing/measuring everything? Three weeks also isn't that much time, it can take awhile before you notice visual changes, and a lot of the time you won't notice the changes yourself until you compare photos because you see yourself everyday, it'll be other…

I think you should definitely take your families concerns seriously, you could be seeing things that other people just aren't. Another suggestion would be to stop with the weight loss and instead focus on a body recomp program and eating at maintenance.

My thighs are the first place I gain weight, but also, fortunately the first place I lose. They're slightly larger due to muscles from playing soccer growing up, but when I start incorporating steady pace running into my routine they always slim down a little bit!
-
I also find tracking my workouts to be helpful with noticing changes, not everything will be visible after all! But I feel just as good when I see my run time improve, or the number of reps/weight use increase!

There is no food I willl refuse to try, I am a very adventurous eater, but foods I won't eat after having tried them are tomatoes. I threw up upon eating one when I was little and wouldn't try them for years. Went away to China on a trip and someone put this egg/tomato pasta dish in front of me and I figured, hey, it's…

How do you know those are your daily caloric intake? From what I understand you just put the food in the containers for the 21 day fix and you're good right? As long as it fits it's fine? That's all well and good, but to me it seems like a very easy way to underestimate the calories in things like rice and quinoa, which…

Oatmeal with some greek yogurt mixed in and then some berries or bananas if I have any on hand.

I'd try upping the calories a little bit and see if that helps while still losing weight. Yes being short means we don't get as many calories, but if you are feeling hungry you aren't getting enough, I'm 5'0'' and I find 1200 leaves me too hungry, I'm losing successfully netting about 1400, sure it'd be a little faster at…

I'm all for C25K, it's an awesome program, I'm using it to get back into running so I take it slowly and don't push myself in a way that makes me hate it, but I would recommend getting a good walking routine going before even starting this program. Like people have mentioned, running is pretty hard on the joints,…

Fitness Blender are great, I also enjoy the you are your own gym app but it does cost a couple of dollars. You can look up a ton of routines that don't require any gym equipment on your computer

1 lb a week is very aggressive for some who is a) short and b) not extremely overweight to start off with. As a 5' 20 year old girl, I'm netting about 1400 calories a day and losing at a decent pace. It's a marathon, not a sprint, there's no need to rush yourself when it comes to weight loss. As for your question, I…

Still waiting to hear what exactly it cleanses your body of? If your body isn't filtering toxins a "Master Cleanse" isn't going to do it for you, you should probably see a Dr and go on dialysis.
