I'm never hungry in the morning. If you are hungry, eat. If you are not hungry, don't eat. You have your set amount of calories to eat daily. You could eat them all at once if you wanted to. Calories in, calories out. You just don't want to mess with your blood sugar level and get light headed during the day.

I just found out that virtual 5K were a thing! I know the person that is organizing the Woolly Trot What nice about virtual is that you can pick your day. The Woolly Trot you can split it up if you want. Another great way to motivate.

I rely on weighing my food more than measurements. For example, oatmeal serving says 1/2 cup or 40 grams. I found that 1/2 cup is more like 50 grams which would be about another 35 calories. Not huge but that definitely adds up. Also, I started adding my vitamins and supplements into my calorie count. That added another 50…

I'd try to eat more naturally occurring sugars to ween off processed. Like fruit, honey, pure maple syrup... That is what I did.
