When it's hot, I'll bring a wicking workout top to wear during my lunchtime walks. Or I do the baby wipes trick mentioned a bunch of times by others :) I don't have my own office - I just change in the bathroom. No big deal!

I swore by Jockey hip briefs (no panty line style) when I was heavier. Now I prefer their bikini - still gives me full rear coverage without being super-low (they have a string bikini style that IS super low!). S ("5" underwear size)- 4-8 pant size, M ("6") 10-12, L ("7") 14-16, XL ("8") 18-20

Cheese. Always and forever.

I'm just over 5'5" and 180/181 lbs - I fit in a 10/12 depending on the amount of stretch in the fabric. At my heaviest (225/230) I was a solid 16. I carry the majority of weight in my hips/rear. I've learned to not focus on the size on the label - instead, focus on how great you look in the pants :)

The key for me is to bring a snack to work that I can eat between 3-5pm. No matter what I eat during lunchtime, I'm on the go for most of the work day so I need a pick me up to tide me over to dinner (I have a 40min commute home so I don't eat dinner until 6/7pm once I walk the dog, heat up dinner, etc.). Little containers…

I've had a Blendtec for almost two years. Fits nice under my counter. I've never had a problem making nut butters/whole juices/smoothies etc. with it. I purchased mine at Bed, Bath & Beyond and they did let me use a 20% off coupon when I bought it, though I'm not sure if that's still "allowed" (I know they changed some…

Pizza & chicken wings. Oh and chocolate cake. I really mean any kind of cake. Also...cookie butter ice cream from Trader Joe's.

I never thought of using avocado or cottage cheese - I usually use plain greek yogurt. Will have to try these options to see what I like best! :)

I did week 1 of C25K then decided to do week 1 of Zombies, Run 5K training to compare the two. Zombies, Run! starts out a lot easier - only 15s sprints instead of 1min sprints (C25K)- so I can see why someone following C25K would be able to run longer/faster vs. someone using Zombies, Run! exclusively. However, Zombies,…

I buy it from Amazon prime :) I use it mostly in my shakes + make a drizzle for apple slices. I don't use it for sandwiches though...it's not the same, in my opinion.

This looks divine!

My workplace gave us all 16oz tumblers to reduce waste--I set up a recurring reminder on my calendar to drink+refill twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon, so I'm getting 128oz per work day (works out to 1 cup an hour). This way, I not only drink my water but I also remember to get up and walk around a bit during…

This. I've had houseguests before who were aghast when I got out my scale to measure out my morning cereal. I've heard the word "obsessive" used to describe weighing food multiple times. I kindly explained to my guests that if I had the amount I really wanted, versus the serving size, there'd be none left for them--that…

Mmm, now I want one of these :) I'm the same way with chocolate. Here's what I do - I buy a bag of pre-packaged chocolate (like Dove minis or individually wrapped peanut butter cups) and I keep it at work. Sometimes I'm nice and I'll put it in a bowl to share--other times I just keep it in my desk, and reward myself around…

Savor one! ...especially if they're Krispy Kreme :)

This! After losing 40+ lbs, this is what I've learned - my husband wants to eat what he wants to eat, and he will eat it--even if I "can't" (read: choose not to). A big part of my weight loss this go-around is learning that I don't have to cut things out of my diet to lose weight. Calories in, calories out. If my husband…

I just started on Sunday :)I found it to be challenging, but not as impossible as I thought. I made sure to buy decent running shoes, wore a reflective vest (I live on a pretty busy main road and ran at dusk), and had water waiting for me when I got home (god was I thirsty). I had tried running before just using music and…
