Exactly what happens to me.

I have lost 115lbs and still see the same person in the mirror. Hopefully my brain will catch up with my body

WW meetings and weigh ins are great for keeping you accoutable. Same scales, same time, same place. I go to WW meetings and use MFP to track food. As someone already said WW are over complicating food tracking but using the weekly weigh in as a fresh start or to draw a line under a poor week is worth the fee to me.

What an amazing transformation and well written post. Congratulations on your success. You look great.

Having a poor day today and you have inspired me to stay strong. Thanks for updating and bumping the thread

How did you deal with excess skin? It is well hidden in your after pics. Something I have been concerned about having lost a similar amount of weight

Same place, same time, same scales. Weekly reset. That's what I use WW for. Counting points is too much trouble

Use the same scales all the time. Surely what you weigh isn't as important as how much you are losing.

Forget to mention, being weighed on the same scales every week...very important

I go to WW. I don't follow their plan, I use MFP. For me though it is not about the eating plan, it is about going to the same place, at the same time, every week and being weighed. If i'm up I can draw a line under a bad week and start again. If I'm down it gives me the encouragement to carry on. It is what you make of it…

A diet of raw chicken breast will speed things up! :)
