I usually have a diet ginger ale or diet root beer (can't have caffeine). Crystal Light is a good option to just add to a bottle of water. I used to love the raspberry lemonade variety until I got burned out on it. The only calories I drink are wine or milk.

I logged it as cross country skiing when I used to use mine a lot. That's the best I could find for it!

Definitely my stomach. It is where all my excess weight ends up. I am working on moving it to my rear end which has never been very well endowed. Lunges and the elliptical are helping me shift things around :)

I am making homemade chicken and broccoli fettuccine alfredo tonight and going to try my best to only eat one serving of it because it really isn't that "diet friendly". I love a challenge obviously

I once thought I had to give my nightly snack up, but now I pre-log it so that it's already accounted for before I even eat lunch or dinner. Dieting shouldn't make you miserable. Make sure you still enjoy the things you used to, just in moderation :)
