Disconnect Garmin Connect from MyFitnessPal. Still continue to sync your Forerunner to Garmin Connect. Garmin Connect will still sync with Strava and then Strava will update your MyFitnessPal. Disconnect Garmin Connect in the Apps section on the MyFitnessPal Website.

I agree. Logging your food and being conscious of what you eat and tracking activity in conjunction with regular weigh ins will be just as effective as WW and it is cheaper. Stay on line and chat with others in these forums to stay motivated and to receive tips. You will feel part of a community and will achieve your goals.

Use software from Garmin Connect or MyFitnessPal to see trends. You will miss weight loss/gain trends if you only weigh weekly. i.e. Water retention on the weekly weigh in.

i have tried deregistering too. no effect. I also tried re-connecting my scale to my WiFi and Bluetooth after rebooting my router.
