Tuesday weigh in. 201 last week. 200.4 this week. It's going in the right direction again, that's something anyway. I'm hoping to start on the treadmill again this week. Wish me luck :)

Tuesday weigh in SW 9/1 = 205 CW 10/6 = 200.2 I only went down by .2 this week. Did not make my mini goal of 199 by 10/1 :( Will try to get on the treadmill more than just a couple times a week.

Tuesday check in. Started (again) on 9/1/20 SW: 205. My current weight is 200.4 My first mini goal was to get to 199 by Oct. 1st. Hopefully will get there. I think I'm going to try for a 5lb loss a month. I'm recovering from surgery and will be for at least a couple more months.

Tuesday weigh in: 201.6 The same weight as last week. My weight has been going up and down all week so ending on the same number is better than going up I guess.

9/7 204. Down 1 lb. All I did this first week is track the food I ate and that did help keep me from over indulging. With the bad smokey air and extreme heat with no AC there is no way I'm trying to exercise.

I stepped on the scale on Monday morning and I'm the highest weight I've ever been in my life. Decided to start tracking my food and get serious about my health. I happened to see the first few tweets that started the recall effort. They did not mention the mom jeans portion size and had nothing to do with fat shaming. They were concerned with the skinny jeans portion size and how it could trigger or exacerbate eating disorders in young people. I'm just meh on the whole recall…
