I am new here. Day 5 I think. :) My issue has been getting rear ended 5 times in 10 years. Lower back pain comes and goes and effect my work outs, so I have to watch what passes through my mouth! I will add you as a friend . :)

single person with no food frills other than wine or beer on occasion is @ $400.00 'ish' in Oregon. We have an abundance of fresh produce, but prices are getting ridiculous.

Hi and welcome. I have been on here for 4 days and have found just logging the food down with the counts is keeping accountable. Seeing the calories, sugar and carbs associated with my choices is helping a lot.
