  • I know I won't be able to eat much for dinner tonight because I got a McDonald's meal for lunch. All within my 1,200 cals for the day, but it's soup with no bread later! I'm going to hate "past me" later on. (I always have a go at that girl, she's so annoying...)
  • First ever fast day for me today so I'm feeling a bit apprehensive! Almost on high alert for hungry feelings, which can't be a good thing. Thankfully it looks like a busy day at work so that should keep me distracted. Any tips and encouragement welcome!!
