im no expert but from my personal expierence you can substitute soda with diet soda but not the generic diet coke or diet pepsi i feel like the best diet soda is diet dr pepper.... for carbs id eat more fiber with most of ur meals that way youll be more full and satisfied for longer periods of time....meal replacements do…
