If I were to make an educated guess, I'd say 83. For sure.

Frozen ice cups, borne of the tears of my enemies, because they are disgusting, and their hate is unhealthy. Foods I love consume in moderation are not. That aside, I ate over 2,500 calories worth of cream puffs, eclairs and chocolate mousse, on top of my dinner today, because of a family gathering. Glad I ate at a deficit…

We don't have Thanksgiving here in Singapore, and Christmas isn't the biggest holiday here, so I thought I'd contribute to this by eating a third of all the desserts served at a relative's wedding. (November and December are the months when weddings are like the holidays, because almost every weekend sees you attending at…

Wheat should be avoided if you're intolerant of its taste. I eat 14 Weet-bix in a single meal, and the only side effect I've experienced is unbridled happiness.

So basically, MrM's comments sound something like: You can eat what you love without eliminating any food item, whether it's 6000 calories or something else, so long as it's not a daily occurrence and you have a healthy relationship with food aka self-control And your best offense was: Associating him with gluttony, after…

* Started to weigh & log food accurately * Intermittent fasting * Intuitive eating * Eating all things in moderation, after I stopped thinking that certain foods, like fats and fast food are bad

Love Laughing Cow! I warmed up a few wedges over a huge punnet of blueberries today and filled paper-thin crepes with them. Yummy!

After looking at your diary, I'd say definitely try to increase protein and fats, which can aid in increased satiety. I used to pack away 14 Weet-bix biscuits and half a litre of milk, and be ravenous 2 hours later. I realised that my fat intake was unintentionally low, while my carb count was off the hook. Once I bumped…

There. Fixed.

It's such an amazing number of calories, it's not a number anymore. It's simply off the scale. Edited on hindsight, because I have no idea why I even contributed with my useless attempt at a pun.

So you:* Started a thread that reads 'Rate My Diet" * Didn't provide anyone with your stats * Didn't mention the specific amounts and nutrition information of each food item * Never said you wanted informed opinions, rather than personal opinions * Never mentioned what your diet goals are, short-term or long-term * And got…

Hey, OP! She's already very kindly provided you with two. I've included the hyperlinks. Like most have said, it may prove to be beneficial to you to weigh as much of your food as possible. And unless you have an underlying medical condition, please consume added sugars/foods from the theme park as you please. Don't listen…

OP, if you'd wanted people to "rate" your diet based on whether it'll provide you with enough nutrients for example, you should have initially provided us with basic things like your stats, the amounts of each food you'd be eating (portion sizes/weights would have been useful so we could calculate the macros ourselves),…

If water is already 0 calories, how many calories is this Diet Water? OH! I just got it. A negative-calorie beverage. Awesome. Was waiting for one to come out. So sick of hearing of negative-calorie foods only.

... I was speaking for myself. What made you think otherwise? This is why I personally prefer to get my information from objective well-substantiated studies, as opposed to subjective opinions, where things often get misconstrued.

How dare you. I ensure that all products I endorse and consume only contain baking powder. Baking powder = cream of tartar + starch + baking soda = less amounts of baking soda per serving = negligible = not toxic.

Quit trying to kill people faster. Cake contains toxic baking soda.

OP, do tell your boyfriend about your concerns, and decide what's the best way to move forward. Perhaps, you could take turns between picking the places to eat out? So on days that you get to choose, you can pick ones that offer more options that are friendlier to your calorie intake. Relationships are all about…

OP, I think the issue is that claims are valid, when backed by scientific studies, (which, on this site to be credible, usually involve human subjects). It's up to the reader to be discerning of what studies he/she choose to believe, take away from each study, and then determine how that can affect his/her lifestyle. Of…

I'd like to do my part, and consume a minimum of 5 Lindt Dark Chocolate truffles per day for the whole month. And OP, I'm not entirely sure that eating a lot of chocolate counts as an addiction, but if cutting down on it/removing it temporarily helps your health in any way, good on you. I hope it works, and your plan…
