Hi, just jumping in on my first day. I could use a motivator--though I'm sure finding my twin could be difficult. Age 58 Height 5'3" CW 133 Goal 115 I'm trying to keep my calories at a 1200 average, but late night eating has become a bad habit that I never had before! help! Best of luck everyone!
