Feel free to add me, though most of the time it's the same exercises on various days. Once in awhile I add a little to it.

I used to weigh myself every morning without fail. I still weigh just about every day. Honestly, I've been plateau'd for a long time now, gaining and losing the same 2-4lbs, but my body is changing shape and that's what I want most ultimately. So as the others have said, if it keeps you positive and motivated, do it as…

I confess that despite my efforts thrive completely independently of what other people think, I still on a semi-regular basis, crave validation from others. I need someone to tell me that I'm pretty, or a good person, or that my efforts are showing, or that I'm fun or SOMETHING, or I start to feel really small.

Gratitude. It's impossible to be grateful and negative at the same time. There is always so much to be grateful for, even when life is throwing more shoot at you than you think you can handle. Make lists, don't get out of bed until you've expressed genuine gratitude for 5 things. Look at what the negative is teaching you…

It is really brave to go into a yoga class when you're a bigger person, because everyone has this idea of what a "yoga body" is and there really are some limitations to what you can do. Like, I can't do a lot of the binds, because my thighs are still too big for my arm to be able to twist and reach around, or the back fat…

That's what I realized I was doing. It was a revelation that I should be proud, not nitpicking, that I was trying and having relative beginner success with something I never thought I would CONSIDER doing 86lbs ago. Thanks for your sweet (and oddly cute) positive message. I appreciate that.

Thank you <3

I just wanted to tell you ladies, that no matter WHAT weight you reach by that day, that you will look and I hope FEEL beautiful! I've never seen a bride and thought she looked anything other than fabulous! <3 That said, I hope you reach your healthy goals and start your new life as fit and healthy as you want to be!

I look at myself in the mirror every day and consciously make note of something that I like. Somewhere I'm improving, somewhere I'm already happy, strike a pose!

Yes! I don't think there's a person out there that REALLY wakes up and feels great about themselves every single day. Everyone has an inner critic, and that critic is probably a judgmental *kitten* about everything. haha I know mine is... It's so nice when you're in a funk about it to have someone else acknowledge your…

Hi! I accepted the request. I'll be a little bit unavailable for the next week since I'll be out of town, but I'll try to get a quick couple of emails off to you before I head out! I'm so grateful that the response to this post as been so positive. I was honestly kind of nervous after I posted it that I had actually…

I feel like I'm so far away from where I want to be that I haven't really set any specific number goals. All number goals right now are to lose 8lbs so I can be the weight I was the first time I was horrified by my body. This time I can't wait to be the fattest girl ever that I thought I was then. Then 4lbs after that and…

We really are. There was a thread awhile back about what people didn't like about their looks, and ask I scrolled through I saw some of the most beautiful women picking apart things I couldn't even see. There's so much pressure to be perfect, but we aren't airbrushed in real life. I feel like one of the goals for my…

It's so hard for me to hear It's so hard for me to hear other women in the place that I was. If you want to hear some of the things that I did to help myself get out of that mindset, I'd be happy to share them with you. Nobody should EVER feel like that. You don't deserve it. The thing about subconscious mind is that…

Go out for walk and while you're walking, think about why it is that you're turning to food because you're not in a good mood. What is really wrong? Eating food only solves one problem, hunger... any other problem you're having will not be solved by it. You need to figure out what WILL fix it and start working on THAT.
-
So you can see that the problem isn't your body, it's what you THINK of your body. You should message me and I will send you some ideas and things I did to change my perception of myself. <3 You are beautiful and you're doing great, but the only person that really matters for, is YOU!
-
You should feel really good about that. It takes so much discipline to be consistent with that. I fail at that all the time. Usually when people are negative about positive things you're doing, it has everything to do with them judging themselves when reminded by your success that they are not doing what they should be. If…

Someone told me I looked great, and I really believed them.

I totally cried reading your posts this morning. Yes, that was the driving factor for my starting all this. You should message me and I can show you some of things that I've found that have really helped me get where I needed to be emotionally to face all the emotions you go through with weight loss. I feels awful to turn…
