If that's the worst mistake you made all day, you're doing fine. Forgive yourself, decide what you'll do next time, and move on. Keep a healthy snack (that you actually like) on hand for when you're busy like that. Give yourself the 80/20 rule. If you make healthy choices for yourself 80% of the time, the 20% you don't are…

For me, I think the most important thing I did to lose weight, was to stop hating myself. I was in TERRIBLE emotional disarray. I was 315lbs. Depressed, stressed, angry, bitter, negative, and hopeless. I couldn't stand to look at myself! I wanted to cry every time I saw a picture of myself. Here's what I did: Decided that…

I know exactly what you're feeling. I had to make the decision to be comfortable in my skin though. It is as easy to hate yourself on the way back down... when if I first started losing weight again, and started realizing that my body would never fully recover from what I had done to it, I was pretty hateful toward myself.…

I think my only advice for handling situations like that is this: Think about the way that you're talking about your weight around her. Are you talking about the extra weight you have like it's disgusting or it makes you ugly or things like that? Because if so, think about how she must feel about herself with 3.5x as much…

I feel like that was my greatest hurdle in making the changes I needed in my life. I cared SO much about what everyone else thought and felt, and always felt like I was never measuring up. It was so easy to fail then, because I already felt like I was a failure. I didn't even want to try, because I didn't want them to see…

Do we really want to visit our shameful past this way?

YES! I was so excited when I noticed I could see mine that I took a picture and put it on my profile for posterity. lmao

I can do cartwheels and handstands again. :)

Here is my success story. It's just one year, my journey started before this and will continue well past. I'm probably 290 in the left picture, 235 in the right.

I like your gentlemanly compliments toward all the ladies. I always seem to respond after you though, so I'm running out of material here.

Cute as a button! You radiate youth and vitality. Celebrate that

I met friends for dinner tonight and they both commented that I looked great and like I'd lost even more weight. It has probably only been 5lbs since the last time I saw them, but it might look like more with muscle gain! Idk but I felt really good that 5lbs would be noticeable to anyone.

I can only dream of having such fantastic legs at your age (or at my age for that matter). You are beautiful

If you are happy celebrating your sons marriage, you will look beautiful in the pictures. No matter what weight you are, don't hide from them because your family loves you as you are, and in whatever shape you might be by then, and you should be present in all the pictures they'll look back on for the rest of their lives.…

I'm envious of the way you've embraced your sensuality

I really enjoy the thoroughness of your profile. I think it is an indicator of how much it means to you. Also, your clown pictures remind me to walk wide around storm drains... as if I could have ever forgotten.

I went bridesmaid dress shopping and bought a dress a size and a half smaller than I was anticipating.

You look edgy and cool. Maybe I'm showing my age saying that, but I always wished I looked fiery like that.

A girl (stranger) at the gym said she thought I was a trainer. :o
