I drink at least 4 L a day, I would say. I'm thirsty all the time, so it's just naturally for me to drink so much water. I actually don't think that you need to drink so much. It's different for everyone. Downside: I go to the toilet a lot

Today I had peanut butter oatmeal and it tasted like heaven :) I'm really full right now, maybe I should have made the protion a bit smaller.

I prefer having a large breakfast later in the morning. Or maybe two smaller ones. I hate feeling hungry in the morning. I can tolerate beeing a little bit hungry at night and normally, I'm not that hungry by dinner time, because I already had a lot of food in the day.

I cook my rice in vegetable broth instead of water. And I like to add a bit of butter, salt, pepper and tomato paste.
-
I try to eat a lot of veggies like broccoli or cauliflower. Beans are great, too. And whole grain rye bread is a staple of mine. Also adding in some flax seed and wheat bran to your oatmeal or yogurt is a great source of fiber.

Depends on what I'm craving. Maybe an apple, some cheese or a coffee with lots of milk.

Instead of just eating veggies for dinner, maybe add some protein (meat, fish, tofu, beans etc) and some rice or pasta. Eat some nuts as snack, don't use low fat milk.

I've been vegetarian for a long time. Normally I eat a ton of veggies and try to put at least a bit of protein in there, too. I would suggest eating tofu, beans, eggs, cheese, yogurt etc. Fish is not vegetarian, but very healthy and maybe an option for you.

I either get a white wine spritzer (wine mixed with sparkling water), rum with diet coke or vodka with diet energy drink. If I want a cocktail, I'll get a cosmo.

I take iron and b vitamins, because I eat mostly vegetarian and struggled with low hb levels my whole life. I also take a "hair/skin" supplement with zinc and biotin, because I think it helps my hair grow faster :disagree: And I recently started using protein powder, because I have a hard time reaching my protein goal only…

I mostly use frozen veggies, they are cheap and you can keep them for weeks in your freezer. I tend to just use salt and pepper, a lot of pepper, and I really like them this way. Today I had red bell peppers, just fried in the pan without any additional oil. They get a nice roasted flavour to them this way. And garlic,…

I had an large egg and some avocado on dark whole grain rye bread today for breakfast :)

Propably about 12-14 hours. I don't like to eat my dinner too late and I work out in the morning, so my breakfast isn't that early.
-
I lost about 3kg or so when I got my wisdom teeth removed  Just any cooked vegetables and even beans. You can cook them really long and mash/blend them.

I am going so regularly to the gym. In the morning. I feel so proud and accomplished afterwards. And I didn't binge for about a month or so! That's insane for me. I even could enjoy chocolate and sweets in general in a normal amound without feeling guilty and then leading to a binge. :#

I only lost 10 lbs, but I wasn't overweight. And I think I've gained some muscles and therefore I look a bit lighter then I really am. I got commented on it, but I think my face got slimmer. So people will generally notice it more.

The stress one is a good point. And alcohol and eating out with friends... At home we have a better kitchen and I have more time to cook healthy food. But I don't expect to lose weight over christmas

Yes, I'm german myself, but I'm studying abroad in Hungary at the moment. So sometimes you will find german or hungarian food items in my diary :disagree:

About 110€ per month. I eat vegetarian and cook only for myself. Lots of beans, frozen vegetables, oats, rice, eggs, bread and tofu.

Hi  Since I started getting fit in the beginning of the semester, so in September, I already lost a bit of weight. My current BMI is about 22. Age: almost 23 years Hight: 170 cm / 5'6" SW: ~ 68 kg / 150 lbs CW: 62.6 kg / 138 lbs GW: 56 kg / 123 lbs I want to lose about 7 kg / 15 lbs more, but I'm not too concerned…

Haha, 100g chocolate bars are nothing. I would feel a bit sick afterwards, depends on the chocolate, but I don't think it's really that much. If I really want chocolate, I just eat less at lunch and dinner time and make room for 600kcals of chocolate.

I drink about 4 liters a day. Sometimes more, somtimes less. Normally, I just stick to water. But I quite like tea and I propably have a cup of coffee, too.

I bought some work out clothes from Primark, they are ok. Great price, but the quality isn't that great. I like some of the stuff H&M sells, good quality for a decent price.

I normally work out in the evening/at night. I eat my (light) dinner about 2.5 hours before that. I don't like to work out when I'm starving, I can't performe that way. But when I eat too much beforehand, I will get reflux and that's just not nice.

I get gas, when I eat things like onions, garlic, spicy seasoned food, eggs and too much protein in general. I have a very sensitive GI trakt...

I need to focus more on my feeling and how I look. No one can see the number on the scale anyways, beside myself. So I'm not going to weight myself until December 1st.
-
I like most food, but I eat things like flax seed and wheat germ for health benefits and not because I enjoy the taste that much.
-
I'm vegetarian, too, and I would recommend tofu. It's so yummy and versatile. I also love beans, because they are high in fiber. I eat diary products like milk, yogurt, cottage cheese and cheese. I know some people don't think diary is good for you, but I have no problem with them. I have about a cup of milk a day (in my…
