Morning ladies, Hope everyone is doing ok. Was skimming through the posts, how do you all get so many steps in? Yesterday was a good day for me and I was still under 8000 steps. That was with 45 mins on the treadmill and going to Walmart last nite. Jayna - over 11 miles in one day?

I've been going through some issues that can leave me in a depressive mood. I have found that if I get up and use the treadmill, or mow the lawn - anything that makes me move for awhile, it lifts my mood and I am more likely to keep moving. I've found out that you can't eyeball anything at first. We take in way more calories then we realize. Also, anything you drink other than water or diet has ALOT of calories. I probably drink half my calories. I have found that my drinking calories are the hardest to cut down.
