  • I think it's possible with strict dieting and exercise. But I don't think you'd be able to keep the weigh off. If you're okay with this then I'd go for losing 10 lbs by June 1st, and sticking to the 1200 calorie diet and some exercise. Goodluck.
  • I think it depends on the person. For me personally I find my heart rate to be more if I am walking on the highest incline while moving my arms back and forth. Running at 5 mpH isn't really running, but more of a jog for me.
