  • My son is 8 weeks old now and I'm pretty sure my hormones have *hopefully*returned to normal, I gained a lot of weight while I was pregnant so this will be a long on going journey. I'm going to try for more water today, I'm already at 2cups so thats twice my normal lol.
  • Ahh see I can't do that, those diets are incredibly high in protein which is great for them but a few years ago I donated a kidney and as a result because I only have one I have to be careful about not overloading on protein. I wanted to do a protein heavy diet and my surgeons advised against it.
