I'm still going to eat real foods on my meals, not planning to use it as a meal replacement but If I take that much would it affect my liver for too much protein from real foods and from the shake?

I'm gonna drink it 4 times a day, cause 1 scoop is 32g and I need 136 so maybe 1 in the morning another for 1 lunch and 1 pre work out and 1 post, you think it's a good Idea? I'm just a beginner so I'm gonna need a lot of help.

2180 calories is what I need to take for a day, I just got 1623 for today cause of the exercises I did today.

No he's a marine general. My calorie deficit is almost at 1600 based from the app. and I never skipped any meal.

I'm trying to do a More protein less carbs diet cause that's what my uncle said and It works fast and I really do need to lose weight asap my target is 190lbs. oh and my recommended protein intake is 136g
