I’ve stopped doing BBG, I couldn’t get back into it and wasn’t getting the results that I wanted, I’ve gone back to beachbody as that works for me. Good luck girls

Thank you everyone for your comments, I’ve really struggled this past week or so, my eating hasn’t been great, I am trying to fit some exercise in though. Also my period is due too, so that’s making me feel worse. @rianneonamission I’m so sorry for your loss, so sad, you’re right it’s no age at all :(

I do eat some of my running calories, its usually the next day when I'm more hungry as I tend to run on an evening, although this is going to change soon. I think it does depend on the individual, I ran the other night and hadn't eaten much during the day and really struggled with my running.

If I don’t land properly the jumps hurt my knees, but mostly I’m ok, although I do get backache sometimes too

I haven’t been able to do my workouts, out conservatory has been taken over, been out for a few runs instead.

I managed week 9 legs on Monday, and 2 runs this week. Week 9 legs was extremely tough.

Did total body week 8 yesterday, that's week 8 complete. Think I may have to have a 2 week break from bbg, y parents are moving into ours for 2 weeks, and are storing lots of their furniture in our conservatory, which is where I exercise :/ will have to look at what space is left! Might have to run for 2 weeks instead.

I either jog or walk, I don’t complete all of the LISS workouts per week as I just don’t have the time, I work full time and have 2 young children and a husband, so I aim for 2 LISS per week and 3 BBG workouts.

Wow @katelaurel390 well done!! @Anon2018 TOTM is an absolute pain, I’m not weighing in tomorrow, I’ve been a bit of a pig today, and look like I’m about 5 months pregnant!! Glad I’m not the only one who can’t do a proper push up :)

Forgot to post last week, lost 0.2lb so that’s probably why I didn’t post!! Tomorrow is weigh in, but it’s TOTM and I’m out for a meal tonight, so going to give it a miss!! You girls are all doing great :)

Did week 8 arms and abs last night, I still can’t do a proper push up!! It was a hard workout, plus I’m still aching from Monday’s legs!! And TOTM has now arrived!! :'( Feeling sorry for myself!! :D

I am the same @rianneonamission I haven’t cut anything out of my diet, maybe that’s why it’s taken so long to lose my weight, but I feel if I stop eating things I like then I’ll just binge on them more frequently.
