I haven’t been posting, I’ve been eating ok and running more, I’m going on holiday on Friday and my period is due so I’m not weighing in this week. I WILL be back in June and will be losing these last few kgs :)

I’ve gained steadily over the last year, I haven’t been tracking and my exercise has tapered off. I need to get back into losing or else I’m going to be heavier than when I started!! I want to lose 2kg by Christmas, I’m hoping this is possible!! 3/12/18 67.6kg
