    Height: 5'5" SW June: 137 June goal 133 - Ultimate goal: 125

    June 23 136 lbs. Yard work and a five mile walk in the sun felt fabulous. Late night dinner with music at an outdoor bar and grill. Surprising, I didn’t go overboard on calories. Today:Run and lifting.
    June 28th 134 lbs - Feels good to see the scale moving. Gym day!

    Let's just move on to July already.......... I suppose I managed not to gain any this round, but I'm irritated at myself for finishing the month at the exact weight that I started with.

    Height: 5'8"
    HW: 155
    SW June: 147.2 (last May weigh in)
    Ultimate goal: Around 133
    June goal: 140

    June 3: 146.5
    June 5: 146.2 - I do think this is some water weight, tacos for dinner and I feel bloated. Drinking lots of water today.
    June 7: 145.8 - Big family dinner last night, went waaayyy over my limit at 2500 cal for the day :-(
    June 10:143.6 - Big ol' happy dance this morning. I hit 143 Sat & today. Busy wknd with lots of walking and outdoor time. I did indulge in some nachos & beer - but it was so worth it.
    June 12: 145.5 - No exercise yesterday, but stayed under goal calories - just a blah day.
    June 14: 145.4 - Walked at lunch yesterday and rode 2 horses at home. Decent day foodwise. I've upped my goal from 1200 to about 1500 cal daily. MFP shows I should lose 2 lbs a week on 1200 a day - but I don't think it works for the last 10ish lbs. Going to give eating a bit more a go for a few weeks and see how it goes. I've been muscling thru the days lately - fighting exhaustion.
    June 17: 148 - HOLY SMOKES!! Yesterday sucked on so many levels, I turned to stress eating - I couldn't tell you teh last time I did that. Large order McDonalds fries, chocolate cake, beer, hamburger, chips, queso - and nothing in moderation. Yesterday morning, I weighed 146 - today I'm majorly bloated and the scale is the highest it's been in ages. Literally 5 lbs heavily than it was 7 days ago. I really want to cry, but I'm downing green tea & water instead.
    June 19: 146.6 - Dealing with the worst PMS I've had in ages. Exhausted, horrid cramps, hungry & bloated. Did well with food & exercise the last 2 days - this weigh in is disappointing. I will force myself to walk at lunch - and see how tomorrow goes.
    June 21: 147... ick, but considering I was 148.6 yesterday, I'll take it. I feel like my body might be returning to normal slowly. Going back on Rx so I don't feel like hell for an entire week. At this point, I'll be happy with 143 as June goal.
    June 24: 146.6.... I took the wknd off from logging. Dinner with Gram Friday night, swim meet Sat am, late lunch with family Sat. Sunday kinda of took the day off, didn't go crazy with food - but more relaxed about it than normal. Finally feel like my body is getting back to normal.
    June 26: 146.4 - meh! Up a lb from yesterday - I did do well the last 2 days with eating. Crazy schedule, haven't exercised as much...trying to be more mindful of staying under cal goals.
    June 28: 147.4 - there's just really nothing good to say about today's entry. nada........

    Lame. Think I'm actually up a lb. Guess we'll call June a wash and start over with July. I have much less going on in my life over the next couple months so fewer excuses to not excersise. I gotta get on it!

    So my goal this month was to get back to 65 something, obviously this didn’t happen, all to do with my lack of self control. Only plus side of this month is that I’ve been exercising more!!!

    So yes roll on July!! Although there are a few birthdays and I’m starting a new job too!!

    Well done to the ladies who did well this month, and to those the same as me, July is just around the corner xx
