It's almost June! I have kept my May goals given I didn't meet them, and I have a 9 day holiday coming up (7th-16th).
Height: 5'10"
HW: 183lbs (Fri 24th March 2017)
SW June: 163lbs (30th May weigh in)
Ultimate goal: Around 150-154lbs
June goal: Below 162lbs
June body fat goal: Below 26%

Need to this. Heading to St. Maarten August 3rd, so I am giving myself 8 weeks to lose 10 lbs.

First, I did not make my may goal but I had a huge learning curve and I got more than half way there. So, I am setting a new goal for June. Second, I know BMI is not the best indicator but, since I am neither a body builder nor a super athlete, I am going to use it as one indicator of progress being made.4 -
@_vicky2291 <shudders at profile pic> Clothing is a good way of measuring, if only for the satisfaction of seeing the day when suddenly whatever garment fits again!
@Jayme101 Tough goal! How tall are you?
@lawmomathome I started at a BMI of about 25.3, and am now down to the low 23s. Like you I know it's just a number, but for us 'average' people it's a reasonable enough indicator of height vs width.4 -

Since today is the last day of May, I did my final weigh in and took my measurements. So, I have a little victory to share. Overall, I lost 5.5 inches which includes 1.25" off my stomach (measured across my rib cage where the stomach actually is), 2.5" inches off my waist, and .75 inches off my hips! I am feeling so excited and upbeat about my progress this morning. Three pounds was good progress but 5.5 inches feels WONDERFUL!6 -
So I didn't make my goal in May - but I'm learning a few things and at least making very slow progress.

I've added a few more weigh ins - it helps me maintain daily motivation to get there. I want to be at 133 by August 7th - beach family vacation in FL. I'm insecure enough in a bikini - I don't need any extra flab to make it worse. I'm going to take some measurements tomorrow morning and log them as well.3 -
Hi everyone! I'd like to join if I may. A bit about me -- over the past four years, I've lost 60 lbs using a combination of WW, strength training and running. I've successfully been keeping at least 50 of that 60 off, but I'm realizing I'm slipping a bit and need to get serious again. I want to first get back to my WW goal of 152, and then hopefully my personal goal of 145.

I know my June goal is quite ambitious. But I’m going to go all out for it. Ive started Orangetheory fitness 2-3 times per week and I’m really back to logging consistently. With the help of my boyfriend who is also on his weight loss journey (and all of you ladies here!) I think we can reach our goals. Optimism! Going to be doing extra check ins for my sake.

Well, I’ve been living it up. Birthdays, anniversaries, family visits, charity balls. I haven’t been sedentary or stuffing my face with junk food, but I’ve been eating more than I should at all the restaurants, enjoying plenty of wine, and haven’t been going to the gym. I can’t say regret the fun, but I don’t like that my clothes are feeling tight now. So back to the grindstone!3 -

Well It's crunch time if I want to lose a bit more before my summer vacation to Florida. I have exactly 1 month. So I figured I should probably get on here to help hold myself accountable. I have been having a hard time finding the motivation to work out. I have the Florida trip coming up, and a backpacking trip at the end of summer, so I need to get cracking. I would love to see 125 by July, but I know that's a stretch for me, so I would be happy to lose 2lbs by then.

Hello!! I'm back and in for the month. I'm at 133, goal is 125 and getting back to 128 (I had it in April!) by July is my priority.

I'm baaaaa-aaack. Regrettably, I have gained enough weight to where I can longer really be considered as " in maintenance." I called it over 1.5 years ago when I hit the top of my goal (115) but then lowered it to 112-115. Since then, a string of injuries has seen my weight creep up to 120 and beyond. It seems like such a small amount but I am really struggling. Nice to see some familiar faces and happy to meet some now ones.6 -

So far this month I have continued to log-and eat only when I’m hungry. Despite the increased workouts I am not losing kinda disappointing. I’ve been maintaining 183.8 for a week now better than gaining I guess

I'm baacck! Stopped seriously logging for a few months as I was working hard on a project management certification and felt too stressed to do both. Now I'm certified and ready to focus back on eating well and losing weight! Weight bounced around from 1-5 lbs for the past couple of months, but didn't lose strength as we kept going to the gym. Made a huge progress! I ate more carbs but then went back to keto. Looks like it jump started the process. Felling good. My last Power class at OTF, I got a PR in running and in weights.3 -
