New to the group - End of year goals
I have been on MFP for several years on and off. I always do better with my eating habits when I have to write things down. My goal for the end of the year is to lose 10#. I need to lose 15-18, but I don't see that happening in before Jan. I am hoping that engaging in this community will me stay accountable.

What should I set my macros at?
