Accountability buddy

HI, I'm looking to lose 17lbs and would like an accountability buddy so we can keep each other on track, from blowing the diet when we have slip ups and giving each other encouragement. Is anyone up for that?

hi! I’m looking to lose 18lbs but I’m 6mo postpartum and breastfeeding—so I’m not doing anything super drastic, but I want to be healthier. I’m doing high protein, low calorie, core and cardio exercises! I’m up for an accountability partner cause in the past I’ve struggled with consistency!!

Hi, new to this for a week. Following the meals is easy. Lots of unhealthy temptations around. For me it’s control, so far so good. 😀

I'm all about accountability partners and encouragement. I just turned 50. I've always been at a good weight, love exercise, and not big on "diets". Myfitnesspal has been helpfulin the past, BUT in the last few years, I've been struggling to lose weight, tired easily, carboholic, stress eater. I want to lose 15 lbs. I'll be satisfied if I can tone up and have the energy to keep up with grandkids.
