I’m ready to stop this roller coaster! Close enough to goal weight and getting less disciplined. Ready to dial it in. Have my workouts in check - but as we all know - it’s about the nutrition. Bought a bushel of zucchinis to start the summer off right!

    ditto! So close to my goal weight but I’ve gotten sloppy about eating right esp after 3 pm. Tomorrow’s goal is to have a bulkier lunch to stave off the afternoon munchies. I’m thinking huge salad with lean protein.

    truth! I need to get past my dad’s birthday today. Usually I would give myself permission to go “all out” but I won’t. I’ll order what I want but dial in my portion sizes. Caroline Girvan leg day today!

    wow. Didn’t realize I hadn’t posted in a while! 6 pounds down since my dads birthday! Boy oh boy - the stress! But I’m finally in the teens!!! If I can lose these last 5 pounds I’d be a happy camper!

    CeeBee, great job on your 6lb loss! I'm about 4lbs over where I'd like to be. While I agree nutrion is the key factor, I also think quality sleep is important to weight and metabolism. I think my constant worry and stress is perhaps a big factor in my digestive woes and excess weight.
