    I am interested in this group. I'm probably older than most of you; 84; but active. I am trying to decide what a reasonable goal weight is right now. I have lost about 50# since March and am now closing in on 120#. I have gotten close a few times and then regained. Don't want to do this again. I am working on plans to go from dieting to maintaining in the next weeks.

    I'm a retired pediatrician. Spend a lot of time now training and working dogs and testing therapy dog. Love Tracking, Npse Work and Rally obedience with my Labrador Retriever.
