    June 5: 146.2 - I do think this is some water weight, tacos for dinner and I feel bloated. Drinking lots of water today.
    June 7: 145.8 - Big family dinner last night, went waaayyy over my limit at 2500 cal for the day :-(

    I'm bummed about the 1/2 lb. but am going to assume it’s due to the fact that I have been more diligent on my work outs. The licks and bites of maintenance have got to stop as they are piling up I am sure. I am moving this week so It’s about to get real chaotic. Hoping that I can keep it up. At the very least, not gain again. Sigh. Wish me luck.

    Made a huge progress! I ate more carbs but then went back to keto. Looks like it jump started the process. Felling good. My last Power class at OTF, I got a PR in running and in weights. :D

    Pretty upset about this mornings weigh in, have gained a LOT!! Anyway I will turn this around again. I enjoyed my holiday so I guess that’s what counts!

    After the long break ( and a significant fall from grace 😱) I’m joining in again. I seriously hope I will persevere this time.

    This winter I have been the heaviest in my weighing history. Losing very slowly... Hashimoto’s doesn’t help and my sweet tooth either!

    I am actually OK with losing slowly. This is the last week of school and with everyone bringing in treats and celebrating I am rather surprised that I drooped 1 lb. :)

    June 14: 145.4 - Walked at lunch yesterday and rode 2 horses at home. Decent day foodwise. I've upped my goal from 1200 to about 1500 cal daily. MFP shows I should lose 2 lbs a week on 1200 a day - but I don't think it works for the last 10ish lbs. Going to give eating a bit more a go for a few weeks and see how it goes. I've been muscling thru the days lately - fighting exhaustion.

    I hadn't actually weighed in on 6/3. So I went with my most recent average. The next day I weighed myself, and it was on the upper side of 132. Probably had to do with some chinese food we ate that weekend. It took like 3 days for the bloat to go down. I have not been very good at logging or weighing daily. But I am trying to mind my portions for the most part. I've noticed I am getting a little too comfortable with over eating, so I've been working to stop eating before I get too full. I suppose one could call this a version of portion creep.
    Some NSV's for the week:
    I managed to peel myself out of bed for a yoga session this week.
    Last night we had to grab dinner. I ordered the half salad instead of the full salad.
    I said no to a 2nd piece of pie. I wanted to try both kinds, but I stuck to just a sliver of only 1.
