I hit this month's goal without even logging and my overall goal of 153 that I set about 6 months ago! I'm especially surprised at todays weight because I had Doritos for dinner last night. I'm not sure if I'm sick or just have really bad allergies, but Doritos temporarily cure my sore throats

Did well all week, but got frustrated with my dog yesterday who wouldn't go in the car to go to the park for a walk. Ended up hurting my back to try to get her in (she's 11 months and 75lbs), and still couldn't get her in. So went to park without her and ate French Fries at the snack shack after my walk :-(
This weekend will be tough with BBQs, but will try to be aware and at least make some good decisions! Enjoy the long weekend, everyone!5 -

Hmmm so I've maintained this week, I did a long run (long for me) on Thursday evening, so maybe I was a bit dehydrated?
I'm feeling a bit down, I've only got a about 3kgs left to go, but I just cannot seem to lose them, its frustrating because before Christmas I had lost them and now they just won't shift
On a more positive note, I am exercising more frequently, my running is definitely getting better, hopefully the half marathon in September will be ok!!

Dang it! My sister was here last week so I wasn’t quite as dedicated. We ate at restaurants, but I still ate at a deficit. I missed a day or two of strength training, but I did get all my runs in. We did some extra walking and swimming too. So... Since I know I couldn’t have gained, and my clothes are all feeling loose, I’m not going to feel discouraged -even if I do feel disappointed.3 -

I was loathe to post this one, but that’s also what an accountability thread is for. Again, mostly water retention. We spent the weekend away, eating delicious food and drinking delicious beer. I knew it was coming and I’m okay with it.
I did meet my May goal weight mid-month, but then went back up. Happy I’m still down from the start of the month.

I'm back from vacation! I took a break from tracking for a week and I'm so surprised I only gained less 0.7 pounds! With all the food I was eating, I was sure I had gained 5. All of my relatives were incredibly impressed by my weight loss, and I got a few of them to download MFP. A win all around.2 -

Ended the month at 138.8. So I met my goal! Not as fast as I would like, but not bad either. I did pretty good not overstuffing myself with all the good food over the weekend.. Except for Low Country Boil.... (Worth it) LOL. But with the alcohol and food available and not tracking anything, I maintained. I'll call that a win. If I can be at 136 by next month, and then 134 by July that will be really close to my vacation goal of 130. Here's to a good June ladies!

Despite having a looong weekend without logging and eating what I wanted, I have weighed in pretty consistently, meaning my moving average has come down nicely. Been feeling bloated yesterday and today, so wouldn’t be surprised at a minor whoosh. All in all a good loss this month. I did forget to take my measurements this morning so will take them tomorrow morning instead.

Well I ended right where I started LOL1 -

I'm leaner than I started the month, I can tell because my smallest jeans I own fit pretty well now and my inches have decreased (33-27-35 > 33- 26-34 ) but it's a bit of dehydration just because I'm only getting in my 2 litres and 2 coffees, not much more. Bad, but I'm working on it.
I start physio on Monday so hopefully, I can start to see some progress. June happens to be my 3rd fitaversary (25th) and I want to celebrate with something physical.2 -
