I´d like to... -lose 3.5 kg (I´m 65,1 now and would LOVE to be 61.5 at the end of the month:) ) -lose 1.5% of fat :) -drink 2 liters of water a day on average -train 6-7 times a week -run 25 k (combined) - stick to 5:2 diet and try not to overeat the day after my fast days:) Good luck to everyone... looking forward to this…
