Lol! I would worry about getting singled out for special checks for the passport, and thats not easy to replace like the DL. That gives me extra motivation as I am supposed to get a new passport next year, and I would like to lose total 50 lb by then.

A very very inspiring thread. I have it bookmarked so I can get all the updates. You all look amazing before and after. The after pics are almost unrecognizable (in a good way). Btw, after 40-60 lb weight loss, did you go and get a new driver's license? If yes, just for vanity, or were people having trouble IDing you with…

Your hard work is being rewarded with success. Keep it up and you would reach more amazing goals.

Had to step off wagon for the weekend as I was out of town and had to eat what was provided. Then came down with a nasty cold and lost another 1.5 days. Feeling a lot better today albeit with a runny nose. Maybe I can make up with a couple days of extra workouts. I also need to get back into the cooking food rhythm.

Some stress has returned, but so far doing okay with logging and exercise. One step at a time...

Nobody cares, but you are doing this for yourself as your original post suggests. See how many ppl relate to you and take inspiration. The trick is to get up and going as if you never fell off. Keep on, fellow traveler.

So far logging food everyday. I dont like the MFP feature where it adds the exercise calories to your daily requirements, because I want it to be a variable to contribute towards fat loss. So I have decided that I will not be logging exercise calories..set it to 1 or 2 calories.
