I hadn't seen this group until now, but I would like to join in. I started on 07Jan15. 07Jan15: 214.6 11Jan15: 213.6 15Jan15: 211 23Jan15: 210.4 09Feb15: 210.4 Total loss thus far: 4.2lbs. I am hoping this pace will pick up a bit, but I have been lifting and also lost some with tape measure so I will keep going.

Wish I had that willpower. I couldn't throw away the cheesecake leftover in my house. I ate two pieces and forced my children to eat the rest so it would be gone. I wish I could have just thrown it away!

Hello, I need friends on here also and started on the 7th though I have been on MFP a couple times in the past couple years. This time I plan to stay. Started at 214.6, now at 211 and looking to be around 150. Let's do this! :)
