I had forgotten all about posting this. Well to update all these months later, I am not having that issue anymore. For whatever reason it was just early on in my weightloss. But maybe I wasn't getting off all the sunblock properly either before sleep because that stuff is really hard to wash off sometimes.

Well I'm seeing a new doctor in a few weeks and I am going to ask about some of this stuff since I am trying to lose so much weight. Hopefully she can help or refer me to a separate nutritionist. (I'm assuming nutritionists are considered medically necessary to most insurances. Mine is limited so idk.)

Thanks for the advice! I did end up finding a pretty good back support for my computer chair. And thankfully I do have health insurance again, so I will be scheduling a doctor appointment with someone. Hopefully there is not a huge waiting list!

I love eating too much in the evenings. It's like the last things I get to do that day and I want it to be good. Sometimes I'll make myself stop when I'm full with the promise of like a cup of pudding or something right before I go to bed just to have something. I'm doing very poorly with it though.

Ah. Yes I definitely didn't press it the right way. Thanks for the suggestions. I basically have to use something softer than meat so my boyfriend will eat it. For some reason the texture of the ground meat just irks him.
